Our services are provided at no cost to renters, as landlords cover our fees! The only potential charge is a one-time application fee of $39.95, which is only required if you choose to apply for a unit shown by one of our agents. Once submitted, this application can be used for any of our available units without incurring additional fees!
Begin your search 30-45 days in advance! Starting too early may result in listed properties being rented by others with earlier move dates. We constantly post new vacancies, so there’s no need to worry about finding an apartment that fits your needs! We also recommend joining our Standby List to receive updates on relevant vacancies as your move date approaches.
Typically, you’ll need to provide a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and the first month’s rent. If you have a pet and the apartment charges pet fees, you will need to cover those as well. If you’re moving in mid-month, the landlord will likely prorate the rent, calculating it based on the number of days in that month and charging you for the days you’ll occupy the apartment.
Generally, landlords seek a credit score above 600 and an income that is 2.5 times the rent amount. If you don’t meet these criteria, we may still help you gain approval with an increased deposit, a cosigner, or other options!

We follow a straightforward 6-step process to help you find and secure your ideal apartment rental!

2. Schedule: Once you find a vacancy (or vacancies) that suit your needs, arrange a showing using our online scheduling system. (See all available listings here)
3. See: Visit the unit with one of our friendly agents, who will address any questions or concerns you have about the vacancy or the process.
4. Submit: If you like the unit and wish to proceed, submit your application online. See application here)
5. Secure: After approval for the apartment, submit a deposit to hold it for you until your move date.
6. Sign: Set a time to sign the lease, pay the first month’s rent, and collect your keys!
